YrLic - I Browse

Ready ... Fire!

YrLic was started in 2001 after having recorded demos all over North America (as noted in the
Ready/Fire album).

  • Rainbow studio in Omaha
  • April Wine's studio outside of Montreal
  • Monastery studio near Baltimore
  • Studio B in downtown Ottawa

"Gotcha!", the song inspired by George and Paul's somewhat heated discussion ("Let It Be" film), can be heard via  Ear Licks

Under Developed

The
Under Developed album was recorded during a 7-week head's down mania in early 2003.
Songs were added at the last minute;  songs were abandoned after successive attempts.

One of the tracks, "Second to None" (track #5?)  can be heard via Ear Licks

Long Shot

After the success of Under Developed, YrLic began working on new tracks for the "MWFI" album.

One of the new tracks, "Long Shot" earned the comment "Most Exciting Band on Garageband"  (go to Ear Licks).
Like all great plans, high-expectations were unceremoniously halted by a specific note in one of the reviewer's comments
and Long Shot was dropped from the track list.

While "Long Shot" was in progress, there was an accident ... which produced some delay (nearly a year).
A time of rest and recuperation;   a time for planning and creating;   a time for upgrading the studio!

The next YrLic album is expected to be completed late 2006 to early 2007.
We can't wait!  If you can't wait either,  the lead off single ("Not Ready For This") is now available.
